Bar Solders

Bar Solders are one pound sticks of solder designed for applications where you need more solder and don't want the hassle of continually uncoiling wire solder to get the amount you need.  Although, they can be any alloy, there are 6 main alloys.  Some of the applications for bar solders are; roofing, flashing, tin bashing, auto body repair, circuit board manufacturing, and industrial fabrication.  The most common bar solders are:
