The AIM Solder 13805 SN63/PB37 209AXT No-Clean Solder Wire is a resin based flux core solder wire that was designed to provide excellent wetting characteristics and lead-free compatibility. Since this product is very active it’s recommended for fast cycle time soldering. The SN63/PB37 209AXT cored wire produces low-to-medium post-process residues that are electrically safe and do not require cleaning for most applications. The Glow Core flux promotes good thermal transfer, offering better solder penetration into plated through holes or surface mount interconnections.
